1) Can I return a Package if I receive wrong/damaged items?
We try our best to insure that correct items in perfect condition are delivered to you, but if due to delivery service or due to some human error you receive wrong/ damaged item. Send us an email at - "email@example.com" with some pictures of the damaged/wrong items and we will refund you the amount or redeliver your order, whatever you prefer.
2) I did not receive confirmation for my order.
Our website automatically sends email confirmation in 48 hours after your order is placed with the email you registered with. Check your spam folder in your email. If you still are not able to find a confirmation, email us at - "firstname.lastname@example.org" and we will look into your order for you.
3) How do I pay with credit/ debit card?
With the payment gateway that we are using - 'Paypal Express', you do not need to have or make a paypal account, you can use debit/credit payment too in addition to payment by paypal account.
